1. Nature of service

The insights, forecasts, and readings provided by Celestara (the "App") are generated through Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms drawing on classical Vedic astrological frameworks and the Swiss Ephemeris. All content is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes only. Astrology is not an exact science, and Celestara makes no claims regarding the scientific accuracy or reliability of any prediction or interpretation.

2. No professional advice

Information provided by the App does not constitute, and must never be used as a substitute for, professional advice, including but not limited to:

Medical / Health — please consult a licensed physician for any health concerns or treatment decisions.
Financial / Investment — please consult a certified financial advisor before any investment, business, or money-related decision.
Legal — please consult a qualified attorney for any legal matter.
Mental health / Psychological — please consult a licensed therapist or psychiatrist for any mental health concern.

By using the App, you acknowledge that any action you take based on its readings is your sole responsibility.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits & payments

Readings consume "credits" — purchased via Razorpay or granted through our launch promotion.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise; applicable GST is included.
Once a credit is consumed on a reading, it cannot be reversed unless we determine the reading failed due to our technical error.

5. User conduct

You agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
Use the Service for harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is malicious, infringing, or violates third-party rights
Share your account with third parties or sell access to it

6. Intellectual property

All content generated by the Service — including AI readings, charts, and visualizations — is for your personal use. The underlying software, design, and branding remain the property of Celestara.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological readings are inherently interpretive. Celestara makes no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the state where our registered office is located.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
